I absolutely love the actual product and will order again but I was very discouraged about the shipping arrangements. I paid for expedited shipping and I did not receive it. I emailed and they told me I did receive it. Not going to argue but was just disappointed with that. This is my second time ordering from them and again, I will order again. The kids love them!!

I purchased 2 pinatagrams to send to my grandsons, 2 different locations. One received his and loved it. The other did not. The last tracking I received from the post office was out for delivery then it was to be scanned. I emailed the pinatagram company and they looked into it and asked if I wanted a refund or another sent. They sent another and my other grandson loved it.

My daughter really liked this. Unfortunately this ships in a clear package so her surprise was spoiled when she saw the package on the porch. Very disappointing.
