I sent this for Valentines. There was a problem at usps and it was stuck for some reason at the local post office After getting no response from usps, I called piñatagram customer service. They immediately resolved the problem.

I have to say that this is a wonderful company. On the day my grandson's pinata was to be delivered, there was a devastating house fire. I contacted the company and they shipped a new one to a temporary address with expedited shipping free of charge. It got delivered 4 days after the order. They were gracious and sympathetic which I found comforting and priceless during a very difficult time. I will use this service again and recommend it to everyone.
