Our team member loved it! What would have been even better is if we could have printed a sash for the pinata or something that went directly on it, so that could be smashed as well.

The package was severly damaged when it arrived. I reached out to the help desk and they were responsive and provided options for a replacement or refund. Customer service was great but unfortunately not in time for the reason it was purchased. Based on the customer service, I would order this again.

I made an error and did not enter the correct shipping address. I realized it immediately and sent an email within 5 minutes. I included the order number and the correct shipping address. The order did not ship for several days, leaving plenty of time for the order to be corrected but it was not. It shipped to me instead of our grandson. I understand that the mistake was mine but I’m disappointed in customer service not responding to the email. I did try calling in hopes of speaking directly to someone but the phone message directed me to send an email.

So awesome! I bought this for my nephew who lives in a different state. He LOVED it! The shipping was fast and the product is great quality with a lot of candy. He saved the piñata and put it on his shelf in his room! I can’t wait to purchase another for someone else.

When I got notice that it was delivered, but not at my friend’s I emailed the company explaining my mistake. I figured I was out of luck- my mistake. Next thing I knew- my friend had her piñata!!!
