I ordered 2 piñata's when they were giving extra candy free. One of my orders did not get the extra candy. It didn't show on my order. I called and advised them of the issue. Nothing was done or offered. Needless to say I wasnt happy that they didn't try to make it right. I even offered to buy the extra candy.

Hey Cathey, my sincerest apologies that you did not receive the experience you expected. I looked into your order and it appears that only one of the piñatagrams had the free double candy added. During double candy day you must select the addition of free double candy each time you add a piñata to your cart. I wish we would have been able to inform you of this earlier and take action but when I checked our phone records we do not have any record of a phone call from you. This review is the first time we have been made aware of this issue and we would be happy to send an extra double candy for free!
