It was a big hit. I didn’t appreciate the constant emails asking me for a review. I believe I have received 4 before I finally succumb to leaving a review. THAT WAS ANNOYING. Though apparently I’m not even reviewing the product. This is for the shipping warranty? Wish that had been clearer when they were hounding me for a review. Hopefully customer service will see this and dial it down a bit, badgering customers to leave reviews and not being clear about what the review is for is not a great way to garner repeat customers.

Absolutely adorable. Well made and though we ran into a small problem, customer service quickly made it right. Lovely product and lovely people to deal with. This piñata is part of the birthday party decorations we have planned for my daughter who will turn 40 this month. Thank you for being a part of making the day memorable ❤️

Great Gift Idea But Disappointed with Shipping The piñata itself is a great idea and makes a fun, thoughtful gift. I loved the concept and it definitely brought a smile. However, the packaging and shipping were a letdown, the box arrived damaged and the piñata was bent in a few areas. Because of that, she couldn’t really keep the box with my message and eventually had to throw the piñata away since it couldn’t stand up properly. The amount of candy inside was also pretty small, but that wasn’t a big issue. I was able to fill it up myself. With better packaging and sturdier design, this could easily be a 5-star gift.

The order was in a plastic bag packaged. Good thing it wasn’t broken when arrived, as it would’ve delayed the Birthday gift to my niece. I personally think it should be packaged in a box with those fillable popcorn. But overall my niece loved her gift
