I think the idea is super cute and I love it. I would recommend adding something to the packaging alerting the recipient that there is a note inside the inner lip; like a look “look inside me” or “open here.” More candy options would be nice!

My scheduled delivery arrived right on time especially since I had placed the order 5 weeks ahead of the delivery date.

I placed an order for the pinata and extra candy. This was intended to be a surprise gift for a work colleague. I paid a premium for delivery on a specific date. I received an email within days saying part of my order had been delivered. I was confused so I reached out to the "need help" email address that I found on my receipt. I did not receive a reply. I reached out again several days later and, again, did not receive a reply. I am left to believe that the candy was randomly delivered days before the gift itself. How confusing for my colleague. Because it was intended to be a surprise gift, I did not want to ask them about it directly. I was relying on your customer service to respond to me -- they never did. I paid extra to have the full gift delivered on a specific date -- I assumed that meant the candy would be delivered with the pinata and my note. It was frustrating to think it arrived piecemeal. The lack of customer service reply -- after I reached out twice -- ensures I will not order again.
