I typed in a card message twice (carefully checking for a save button the second time) And there was no card included when it was received. My friend did not know I had sent it until I asked her about it. It did deliver quickly, but the tracking information a few days after delivery still said it was "in transit" a few cities away while saying it was delivered days ago with a picture. (I know the tracking information is probably not yours to control, but FYI) Based on this particular order experience, I wasn't greatly impressed. Luckily this is my second order and the first one went perfectly.
